The office is in La Louvière, in Hainaut, and works for operators across Belgium. We answer in writing, in English; on the telephone we speak French.

Useful to have to hand
None of it is required. Four things do save a lot of time: the make and model of your aircraft, the value of the equipment you carry, the operational category you fly in, and the kind of jobs you take. With those, the answer gets concrete.
If you are insured elsewhere and want a check, add your particular conditions. That document carries your name, your covers and your limits, usually on two pages. The general conditions tell us nothing about your own situation.
How long we take
A question arriving during office hours is answered the same day. A full costed quote takes longer: the insurers have to be approached and their answers set side by side, which usually takes 48 working hours. If a claim is under way, put that in your first line: some notification deadlines are counted in hours.
